    Good life balance with plenty benefits
    The good thingsWorking 5 days , no stress load... good for someone who doesn't love challenges.Has Annual health checkup,medical benefit,if don't have pandemic the company will held an annual trip.
    The challengesThe enforcement is too loose,some people will take it as advantage/has low integerity. There are some bias in management.Chance for you to be promoted is low no matter how work hard you are. Too much micromanagement.
