    A local old-style chinese management company
    The good thingsWhen we are saying old-style chinese management company it means that they are treating the old staffs good but it is rather not a good work place for the young one as the difference of their work style from the younger generation.
    The challengesDuring my time, some of the staff with the lower qualification is worrying that I may overtook him in the company and create a lot of constraints.
