    The Blame Game
The good thingsColleagues are good. Food benefits. The facilities are great. Nice view
The challengesToo many people giving directions to 1 dept. Too many morning briefings and unfruitful meetings. The workload is overwhelming, approvals take too long. Responsibilities are not shared instead they blame others. Too many politics, no appreciation for staff. Insults and swear words became routine when communicating. Management is unprofessional. Management level staff do not have positive leadership and effective managerial attitude.

The good thingsLeader will train and guide you to get a better outcome
The challengesEmployer should provide best salary for graduates.Should look for qualification rather than experience. Employer should not compare with non qualification as graduates is still In learning process. Employer should offer RM2,500 (starting salary) for Degree. This company provide very low salary for graduate is suffering, high commitment and they need to pay for their PTPTN.
