    Great experience to gain multi industries insights
    The good thingsI'd be able to learn and understand multi industries which I never thought will be in touch with. Friendly working environment and great teamwork among the staffs, including the big boss himself - make you be more open and straightforward. Broadening my networks across industries and most of them are C-level and managerial level!
    The challengesVery fast-paced and a lot of workloads at one time. Requires high multitasking and research skills.

    The good thingsAll this while I thought being in sales is just about making money but nope it's about educating yourself and making more income through knowledge. A well thought insight by the CEO himself. You don't get a CEO who works on the same floor and clocks 9 hours per day with you. Good working culture!
    The challengesBasic Pay is low but you make high income by closing sales.

    Good for fresh graduate who want to gain experience especially in sales & marketing and knowing MICE Industry
    The good things- The staff here are really friendly and helpful. - The boss are nice, they will help you train until you become good. - Flexible time.
    The challenges- Salary are low for designer. - Need to work fast under tight deadlines. - Facilities for designer are lacking especially when you need to work on video.

    The challengesThe only setback was the fact that sales deal especially in Malaysia were based on phone and there were no meeting the client to secure the deal. Most of the deals are done on the phone and via email

    The good thingsi was get a best team and a best team leaders. All my co-workers are really talented persons and also helping mind. The working experience make my self also more brave and i learn more good and important things from trueventus and with the co-workers.
    The challengeshave to put hardworking to get deals from clients. Be confident, brave and good communicate its most important to attract customers attention and satisfy their needs and wants. Daily we have to show our talent and confident level between others staff.
