    The good things- MNC - Lots of public holiday - pretty standard company benefits - traveling opportunity to Singapore, Germany and Switzerland - fantastic CRM system
    The challenges- below average after sales service team with low mentality and highly pessimism - office politics - good at corporate talking but no practical actions during implementation - admin and after sales service system are below average
