The challengesEveryday is a great challenge to yourself as the due date is never end. When you finish the project on your hand you will given another project without any time to digest what can learn and improve from last project. Your life will be just like a hamster on the wheel, depending on people some like it so no comment. People also just not appreciate your effort to make it happen to meet the expectation of higher management, they just take it for granted and think that this is due to your poor efficiency. As mention before no proper guidance, you might not know what you are doing and why it do in this way. As senior thought that you know everything if you question more they will say if I take this job it already done.
