    every things out of expectations no matter how hard u work. increment n salary is low.
    The good thingscompany very systematic. working environment is good. employees are good n friendly. (we all are like a big family with the employees and the manager) can learn a lot of things from this company. this company will provide on the job training.
    The challengesfight sales target every month. follow up the quotation with clients. negotiation n problem solving skills stock n schedule planning. need to be multitasking as there are many jobs u need to do in one time.

    The challengesYOU CAN DEVELOP DIFFERENT KIND OF INDUSTRY AREA DUE OF THE COMPANY NOT ONLY SELLING OR PRODUCE THE ENGINEERING PRODUCT, IT ALSO INCLUDE TRADING FROM OVERSEA TO MALAYSIA. BASED ON THIS COMPANY CULTURE, THEY NOT ONLY TO TRAIN UP A SELL PERSON, THEIR CULTURE IS TO TRAIN UP A BUSINESS MAN MIND THINKING SUCH AS PROFIT AND COST CONTROL.

    The challengesStock planning & replenishment, whole company defects claim report and follow up under one person responsibility, enquiries to all sales person, all problem arise in purchasing need to refer to me. My responsibility to make sure others purchaser reply correctly and follow up. Weekly have 4 times meeting and tje superior will give more responsibility and her decision always change.
