    Best place for learning experience!
    The good thingsTSH is one of the most brilliant and genius company in term of Innovation. It has own home grown ERP and MES which can't find in most of the companies in the same industry.
    The challengesHigh turnaround due to location, talent requisition is most of the challenging task by HR.

    The good thingsGreat internship schedule that encompassed everything about the manufacturing process in a factory. From the material incoming until buy out outgoing process.
    The challengesThe high workload and the sometimes unstructured process will make me do work that is out of the scope I'm in.

    The challengesYou need to stay at night, come on weekend and no work life balance. Many whatsapp group that disturb your life. All overload since projects come in short period.You have accept the difficulties in solving issues.
