    Good training platform
    The good thingsI have learnt a lot from T. Sim & Co. such as auditing and taxation. I have also been exposed to the real working environment. Besides, my colleagues are kind and willing to help me when I face any problems. I have learnt a lot from tax department such as tax computations and filling the tax form. Tax department is a good training platform for fresh graduates.
    The challengesSometimes we need to work overtime during peak period. The files are not arranged properly in storeroom.

    The good thingsThe partners constantly assist and guide , need not to worry because there are helpful and friendly colleagues to guide you. Able to learn many new things such as TAXATION, MPERS MFRS, SST, GST, ACCOUNTING and COMPANY SECRETARY
    The challengesWorking environment is reasonable, company lunch are provided on certain days. The best place to work and improve on your skills and knowledge.

    The challengesThe system in the company is very poor. Fresh graduates are not encourage to apply. Bad payroll system. No proper guidance by the employer.

    The good thingsThe colleague is nice.
    The challengesThe company is very power centralised that even managers have no power to decide what works staff should do. Besides that, there is least chance to learn in this frim because everybody is busy (because very less of the employee to handle a large number of works) so difficult for a fresh person to learn.
