    The challengesManagement didn't discuss with employee and simply retrench as tell like. Irresponsible HR push the responsible to other department. Once you joint you will regret.

    The challenges- Too many bosses for you to follow instruction. - Don't expect any benefits here. None. - Really just a place of work no activities for bonding inter department. - Low salary. - Management politic can be clearly see. - Under-staffed.

    The good thingsI learnt a lot while being in this company. My superior gives me freedom on how to do the job and always guide me through the process. They also attended to problem I raised and brainstorm the project team before we attended any meetings with client.
    The challengesThis company lost a lot of potential staff due to their bad HR management as staff welfare ignored i.e parking, site transportation, annual leave. Delay salary pay (Experience : Salary paid 1 day before raya)

    The good thingsOpportunities working & learning with more experience people in technical knowledge. Railway line (MRT) , Roadworks & Earthwork also in High Rise Building sectors. Nice working environment.
    The challengesFirstly, need to provide Training / Courses for the Head Quarter and Site of Staffs. Secondly need to organise a Company Events yearly (Family Day/ Sports Event). Lastly, need to provide Medical Card for all Full Time Staffs as promise.

    Benefits not as per stated in advertisement , Management not appreciate Staff commitment , Site Management not given commintment to each others , HR procedures does not follow proper Employment Act , Late salary date

    The challengesAll the colleague is very friendly, and yearly bonus is attractive. I know we can't compare to other company which is very good benefit, the management will know either you can work or you can't.

    Worst place to work
    The good thingsThe close-knit relationship we had working in the project team at the start of my employment, where all of us were new to the company. But that was over once a few people who had been employees for over 2 years joined -- then the other side of the story started.
    The challengesBasic benefits listed in the Labour Law, but you have to wait a few months to get any reimbursement. 6-day work week. Only 10 declared public holidays per year but you still have to work on these days behind closed doors and with no extra pay. No trust at all between Management/Owner and employees.
