    The good thingsThe friendly environment. Virtually flat structure. Dress down, unless meet client. Depending on project, required to work diff hours. Good for those with errands to run at local time. Opportunity to learn in-depth on industry knowledge if join delivery team. Travel is an option.
    The challengesLack of a clear career path or progression. Options in job functions. Management mostly in other countries. No visibility on accountability. Also information sometimes get disconnected from senior mgmt to KL office.

    Good place for better knowledge
    The good thingsYou will learn a lot in this company. From documentation until the card system market standards. They provide newbie-training to new colleagues that can make sure that you know their products' how-to, which could help you a lot in your career growing in the company. For the money part, if you are the one who get assigned for oversea projects, trust me, it's your time to get rich : )
    The challengesYou got to be make sure that you are best of the best. In this company, you earn a lot because you contribute a lot. It's something like equality principle. If you are a fresh graduate, this would be a very good place for you to grow your technical skill, communication skill and documentation skill. If you are not good enough, grab the chance and improve urself.
