    Ok, but will be better if the management shows better respect & care towards the lower level staff.
    The good thingsFlexible working hours (not officially recognised by the company) 12 days AL for first 2 years Medical claim RM80 per receipt (for confirmed employee only)
    The challengesYou might signed up for one position but will end up doing 2 to 3 people's jobs. No panel clinic. No OT for all level of staff, always use "Urgent" to indirectly force staff to stay back. You would only get replacement leaves. Poor management. Top Management would only listen to Managerial level and above only. No travel allowance if you're not the "Engineering team". You might voice out your dissatisfaction, but no action might be taken and the manager as well as the Top Management refuse to acknowledge it. Expect low annual increment, low bonus, no promotion while you're here.
