    Salary slightly higher than average level, Work loads much higher than average level.
    The good thingsMonthly transportation allowances, performance bond bonus, and some other welfares. Salary level slightly higher than average level.
    The challengesOT claiming with more & more rules and restrictions and lower & lower rates. Too much unnecessary code of ethics to follow. Engineer have to bear everything of the projects including parts of the procurement and ISO department jobs compared to some other companies. Engineer responsible to find projects and will receive pressure from management if unable to achieve sales target. Company not willing to hire more staffs even though current staffs keep resigning unless big project upcoming or everyone runaway, remaining staffs have to bear everything. Ad hoc tasks, calls and meeting from time to time including late night, midnight, weekends, on leaves and holidays. Management not very willing to approve your leaves application even if new year or hari raya.
