Great welfare and hands-on database learning, paired with a demanding problem-solving culture
The good thingsAs a new joiner, my experience so far has been positive. The company offers solid welfare benefits and prioritizes employee well-being, which creates a supportive working environment. There are plenty of opportunities to learn, especially in the area of database management — great exposure for anyone looking to build strong fundamentals in data systems.
The challengesThe role comes with real challenges, particularly in problem-solving dynamics. The superior team encourages independent thinking and expects staff to come with proposals or suggestions before solutions are shared from their side. In many situations, they will ask for a structured proposal before guiding the final direction. This approach may feel demanding, but it pushes staff to think strategically rather than rely on answers being spoon-fed.

Fast but tough environment with fair benefit
The good thingsA great place to grow fast to gain real engineering exposure, strong technical skills, and reliable support through clear processes with timely benefits
The challengesWorkload can be heavy with long hours, but it's where I rapidly build resilience, independence, and many hands-on experience that accelerate my career

Growing Engineering Firm with Strong Technical Resources for Fresh Graduates
The good thingsoining as a fresh grad, the first thing that stood out was the availability of structured technical handbooks and clear engineering guidelines. For someone new to the industry, having proper references on standards, workflows, and design procedures makes the learning curve less painful and helps avoid “guesswork mistakes.” The environment is disciplined, and expectations are clearly set through documented processes rather than vague verbal instructions.
The challengesLimited mentorship if senior staff are busy; you may need to figure things out on your own at times. Learning culture can feel overly self-driven; guidance exists but you need to take initiative.

The challengesWorking through certain obstacles required close teamwork, which ultimately strengthened communication and collaboration within the team.

    Learning, Yes; Long-Term, No
The good thingsExposure is wide, heavy project involvement. Don't delay or hold back in benefits and payments.
The challengesI joined graduating from another field hence was promised training, but was given slide-reading sessions and ridicule review meetings. I am new to the field, but was given no guidance, asked for advice, and asked to figure out myself. Then anything happens, it's your fault and the others sit back. Really? This is not how you train newbies for a field.

    Company Slogan : Almighty Engineer
The good things- On-time salary, OT claim, transportation elaun, phone elaun - Overall exposure as per title, Almighty Engineer.
The challenges- Implement "You should know" culture. Don't expect senior will teach you. - Does not have staff training program in reality. - Staff need to cover from site supervisor, draftman, document controller, designer, engineer, material controller, accountant and any task assigned (Without any advise or training given). "You should Know"
