    The challengesPoor management. You have to be volunteered to stay back (OT) after work. Stressful working experience with stressful people. Result-oriented company. No one will bother how u work, u only have to show the result

    Working environment quite good
    The good thingsWorking environment quite good. Supervisor is strict but able to understand the co workers needed. Get plenty time to rest in a daily work.
    The challengesDifficult to get leave from HQ even already got permission from supervisor. They do not interact very well among themselves. The salary given for beginner is too low.

    Poor management, rude behaviour among department
    The good thingsEnhance critical thinking skills.
    The challengesUnbalance work life with only 1-day leave per week (no matter part time or full time). Terrible rude behaviour of HR department to employees. Overloaded works which are not included in your responsible task. Definitely a bad company to work more than >1 years. Poor management of every departments.

    The good thingsI've got chances to support another new store. Setup new store. Some of the staff got chances to support overseas stores. And the best part is career oppurtinities.
    The challengesDevelop staff. Made schedule by hours than provided at the same time u need to have a good planning for your men power. To increase sales one of the challenge as well
