Hence, I find improvement and development to myself as I have been given opportunities to expose myself. Not only my own team members, people all here are awesome and they made the working environment as a fun as possible. We can both find and learn since we are working.
The challengesAs for the period that I'm working here, the challenge that I found for myself is only for critical thinking skills, as the department that I'm working is under Corporate Development and Strategy which this skill is necessary. So as fresh graduate staff, must keep learning and challenge ourselves to be as great as all of them now.
