Not a recommended place for career growth
The good thingsI've got to worked with amazing peers who turned mentors after they've resigned due to restructuring of the company.
The challengesThe restructuring got many resigning and made redundant and the company do not have any training and development plan for employees who wants to grow in their role. New leadership are busy stealing limelight and give no effort to understand the department's manual pain point, old issues new blood are not going to go far.

The challengesSeasonal parking is always full.

    Great company, bad working process
The good thingsGood working environment, the culture here is warmth, and the staff is friendly.
The challengesToo many manual work processes, unclear communication channels in order to do the job effectively and bad reputation on paying bonuses. Carrier growth is limited due to the small size team structure, and training is almost to none. Resigning here may give you a bad experience.

Nice Working Place with Convenience Surrounding
The good things- Nice Location walking distance to KLCC, Monorail Bukit Nanas, LRT Dang Wangi, Corporate offices and Shopping outlets - Working hours is awesome, some teams work noon and evening shifts ( getting lrt/monorail seat is not a problem if work 12pm - 9pm or 1pm - 10 pm) - Established MNC quite stable, colleagues mostly from UK, EU and US depending which team you are working with. - A good place to learn technical skills like scripting, databases, software/tools troubleshooting if you do not have any IT background or CS degree. - Management believes in talents and willing to provide opportunities for those talented if they see it.
The challenges- Average salary for an established area near KLCC

Tungsten is a great place to work.
The good thingsIf you like to communicate with a multi-racial teammate, working flexible hours, wearing t-shirts and jeans to the office and most of the time attend skype call. Then, this is the place for you. This organization will invest in your formal and informal training making it a great place to work. The management is supportive and likes to involve in whatever you do. The best part is if you are lucky you are given the chance to explore other role and learn new skills as well.
The challengesThe organization structure changes very often (twice or more a year) when you are about to establish a process for what you are doing, your job scope changed again, it's a challenge to meet both your KPI and establish a new task at the same time. Although the good side is more favorable than the bad side. But the ever-evolving organization sometimes tiring.

    Not an earning company
The good thingsFlexibility in my department, when I need to work late I can adjust your working time with my manager. Workload is just nice, it will not be busy for all day, maybe one or two days in a month required.
The challengesCompany is not earning therefore do not expect bonus and salary increment. A lot of retrenchment happened in oversea office but if working in the KL office would be safe a little.

Worked for two teams, One was great, the other sucks. It all depends on your boss
The good thingsFew teams' managers are good, understanding and supporting. Almost everything is structured for junior employees, clear and documented. There are clear way to learn and train.
The challengesOther teams' manager are just crushing their staff, not helping, determine to show off their authority. Salaries are not high.
