    Fantastic company to be working for!
    The good thingsThe senior management are ever ready to listen to your opinions and they do make time to do so. All comments and feedback are taken seriously. Also, they are very fair in their dealings i.e. if they require you to work over the weekend then you get to choose on of the weekdays off. Management practices work / life balance.

    The good things- Friendly working environment. - Helpful superior that with strong knowledge and good guidance. - A lot of things to learn about Direct Selling Industry. - Is a good place to build a strong accounting knowledge. - It is a good place to develop career in multinational company.
    The challenges- Short period of reports submission. - Many reports to maintain for local's and overseas' management. - Many promotions for customer which need to monitor the cost closely. - Accuracy in calculation of commission to members.
