    - A good company to start a career, but not much on career development. - Workload is a lot. There is/was a staff turnover & VSS, previously in this company.
The good thingsNice colleague (not all) willing to teach you as new staff.
The challengesBias from the top management.

    The rating said for yourself
The good thingsGood for fresh graduates. You will be exposed to a lot of players, suppliers, sub-cons, clients. Nice colleagues, very supportive and cheerful. Punch in is not very strict. Late 15-30 minutes is still acceptable and no one cares.
The challengesVery very lack of engineering expertise. Bosses are not even good in technical, hence most of the times you have to figure out by yourself. Additionally, company is full of fresh-graduates, which is of course cheaper to hire but at cost of no expert in company. Sabtu need to come in, when a lot of companies have been considering WFH already. Also, lack of appreciation. You work until you half-die, then the only thing they will see is your mistake. A lot of time, you will be doing quotation, and quotation and then quotation. Consider your title as Quotation Engineer. Salary is okay, however allowance is not on par with other company. Considering the size of this company, the allowance given is peanuts.

The challengesInterns are required to present topics given by supervisor. The challenge is to find an accurate source of information to share during the presentation.

The boss and superiors are bad enough for me to rate one star, although everything else is alright
The good thingsPlenty of knowledge to be learned. Friends are helpful and creates a feel good environment
The challengesBoss always wants to find your fault here. Lack of understanding and appreciation to staffs who do the actual work. Only listen to one side and quick to judge makes a toxic environment sometimes

    Not good enough.
The good thingsMany outstations, travel opportunities, and variable/not fixed challenges. Colleagues are mostly fresh, young, energetic, and friendly.
The challengesHigh turnover rates for plenty of reasons, it burdens the mind of the thinker. Although primary challenge is working with multiple tasks at once, with high urgency and very limited resources.
