The rating said for yourselfThe good thingsGood for fresh graduates. You will be exposed to a lot of players, suppliers, sub-cons, clients. Nice colleagues, very supportive and cheerful.
Punch in is not very strict. Late 15-30 minutes is still acceptable and no one cares.
The challengesVery very lack of engineering expertise. Bosses are not even good in technical, hence most of the times you have to figure out by yourself.
Additionally, company is full of fresh-graduates, which is of course cheaper to hire but at cost of no expert in company.
Sabtu need to come in, when a lot of companies have been considering WFH already. Also, lack of appreciation. You work until you half-die, then the only thing they will see is your mistake.
A lot of time, you will be doing quotation, and quotation and then quotation. Consider your title as Quotation Engineer.
Salary is okay, however allowance is not on par with other company. Considering the size of this company, the allowance given is peanuts.
