It was a great experience for fresh graduates but the work life balance is very poor. The good thingsThe company is willing to invest in you to provide you with external and internal training to ensure you have the competency in performing the job that has been assigned to you.
The challengesIn my opinion, it is very important to have the company provide a healthy work-life balance or team-building activities to ensure the employee's mental health is well maintained, especially those employees away from family for a long period. Not only that, it helps in improving retention rates, productivity, and ultimately the profit of an individual and the companies.
