    Turnkey is definitely a good firm to work with; offering good opportunities and growth
    The good thingsI had recently joined Turnkey, the recruitment process consisted of 2 interviews, one with Architect on technical aspects of the role, other with director discussing the role and compensation. The entire process has taken about 2 weeks and the the people I interacted with were very supportive. Onboarding was pretty smooth as well, Turnkey follows a flat hierarchy and the leaders are always approachable and emphasises work life balance.
    The challengesSo far I've not seen any challenges, with my role being remote I tend to work in the same shifts as Client mostly early in the morning/night. On the certifications front, though there are technical certifications which the firm supports, there is scope to review and add core cyber security certifications at manager/architect level.

    Great flexibility, trust, and exposure for professional growth
    The good thingsGood thing about the role is the flexibility and trust from the management. My bosses allow me the freedom to use my own approach to complete tasks, which fosters creativity and independence. This autonomy has opened up numerous opportunities to explore different strategies and methods that suit my style of working. Additionally, the role offers a lot of exposure to various industries, clients, and challenges, helping me grow both professionally and personally.
    The challengesOne area for improvement would be to enhance team communication and coordination. It’s a minor area that I believe can easily improve with time and effort.

    The good thingsWorking here has been great so far. The recruitment process was efficient, with two interview stages completed in less than a week. Management made decisions quickly, and the onboarding process went smoothly. I received knowledge training from the higher-ups within the first couple of weeks. There’s plenty of opportunity to learn and grow!
    The challengesThe challenges have been manageable so far, but there’s a lot to learn, and the learning never stops. Adapting quickly is key.

    The best yet employer for me
    The good thingsWorking remotely. As the world starts to shift back to normal after the wide scale pandemic, every company is going onsite or hybrid but Turnkey MY is not one of them. Company is still operating remotely which provides huge comfort to its employees. Management's Visibility. They recognize and appreciate exceptional efforts with exceptional rewards. Laidback communication with higher ups which you don't usually get from other companies.
    The challengesTechnical or Learning Opportunities. If you are looking to expand your skillsets, then the company and projects involved can help you. But as an overachiever like me, I tend to get bored earlier than expected. Shorter frame for project allocation is what I see as a solution to this. Work load. I think this is project based alone. Management does encourage Work Life Balance. It is just that the project allocated to me has a lot of things going on.

    Excellent place to gain consulting experience i
    The good thingsWorking at Turnkey provides me with plenty of opportunity to work with international colleagues from Australia and the UK. This allows me to learn the latest solutions when it comes to SAP Security which I would not have gotten from a end-user. The Management are vey supportive and are approachable when needed, and the team leads are also very experienced. Coming from a large consulting firm, I prefer this type small specialised consultancy as you end up picking up skills you would normally would not pick up which will be beneficial for my career advancement.
    The challengesWork life balance is always a challenge but comfortable with the new working from home post COVID. I hope Management continues this as it removes the need to travel.

    expertise in Security area and good for technical skill.
    The good thingscomfortable, feel free to speak, never stop learning, sharing knowledge with other members. Support on any issues I have. Remote working from anywhere. training will need to study whether I should go for it or not but will find training that I have not known before to benefit for company as well
    The challengescommunication is the issue and I think we are in improvement on it. I am good for where I am on the workplace but do not mind for travelling. I love working in this security area and comfortable working with the teams and any teams. Need my boss to review my salary as consider low. :)
