Poor Management and High Turnover Rate
The good thingsNone that I can highlight at this time.
The challenges- The turnover rate has been very high since the second or third year of operation. - Management is poor, and the overall working structure is weak. - There is a lack of leadership and proper guidance. - Deadlines are often unrealistic, with poor timeline management. - The company focuses only on basic results, with a blaming culture and constant firefighting instead of proper planning. - Workplace politics play a big role, and those who engage in it tend to receive more attention and opportunities.

Bad Management & so called “MNC”
The good thingsEmployee benefit, friends and out of office activities.
The challengesIf you are not from either MIMOS or ST, you can dream on getting fair treatment. Management is very biased. They get high pay, high increment etc. People here don’t want to do things the proper way. Always McGyver style just bulldoze everything. No proper tool or equipment.

A great workplace to enhance your skills and grow your career
The good thingsA healthy culture among employees and great support on intra and inter department. A great exposure on aerospace and military defense products
The challengesAlthough there will be support from the seniors on your challenges, your personal effort on finding solutions and digging through information are highly needed here for a better performance. Not much spoon feed culture over here as the work demands a high level of self-learning.

A great place to learn and build your career
The good thingsThis is the company if you want to work with highly professional team, cutting edge system and technology, and high safety requirements. Every single process have to follow strict international aerospace guidelines, with ample internal and external trainings provided. Ample opportunities for you to go further in this industry and in your career as long as you are willing to embrace the challenges.
The challengesAerospace is a very tightly regulated industry. There will be various technical challenges in every project in order to comply with the regulations. Apart from that, you are also expected to work under minimal supervision. You need to be independent and pro-active. No spoon-fed culture here.
