    The good thingsWorking hours, benefits provided to employees, and employee welfare are well taken care of, with consistency in terms of the monthly allowance deposit.
    The challengescareer development for the department with which I am tasked. However, with HOD's understanding and opportunity, it is still manageable in the long run.

    The challengesHead of department did not well guide, which make most of employee lost their track and cannot perform. Do not blame the employee, if you did not do your job professionally.
