    The good thingsThey very particular about staffs welfare. Compared to my previous company, TUV SUD much more better to reduce turnover rate.
    The challengesI have to chalenges myself to become auditor and make decision with my own experience and knowledge. The decision must be reasonable and must have better communication skills to dealt with customers.
