    Honest Feedback Review
The good things1) The benchmark for the engineers salary is above market value. 2) Company benefits ranges from provided carpark, group insurance, sport club involvement, flexible working hours, and etc. Company is nearby varieties of food source selection and Taman Bahagia LRT station within walking distance. 3) Common the working hours such as office hours which operates during weekdays. 4) Workload delegation by Project Manager and each task trains the engineer in a very focus area of elemental design or multi-tasking authority liaison. 5) A great place for personal growth and career for long term. 6) Many teams working on unique and exciting projects such as high rise building, master infra, civil works, bridges, special structures and BIM. 7) Overall team culture promotes team bonding through projects and after work activities. Being proactive and engage in positive communication with all levels of personnel will help boost ones confidence and internal networking. 8) Comfortable working environment as everyone are friendly and helpful. 9) Big team of management which overlook the entire company progress. 10) Company performance are quite stable.
The challenges1) Each year salary increment depends from your direct superior/senior evaluation based on performance appraisal. 2) Benefits may not cover on every aspect of the employee. 3) "Work-life balance" is just motivation quote. 4) Workload & work stress can be overwhelming for some individual as critical times/ rushing dateline may required to work throughout the weekends and public holidays. 5) Slow career and personal growth as learning curve and exposure moves gradually instead of exponential. 6) Getting a reference project from other team can be daunting some times. 7) Each team has different working style and it is vital to pick the right team which suits oneself in order to work efficiently. 8) May encounter many procedures and steps before getting the stuff required. 9) Preferable to have management conduct an intervention with every individual every half year to listen the challenges and solution before making critical decision. 10) Preferable to have management being more transparent on the company performance and present the outcomes and next future planning to move forward with everyone.
