    - Low empathy toward staff - Decisions were final, staff feedback rarely considered Overall, not a recommended environment
The good thingscolleagues were very supportive. The work was well-organized and not stressful, allowing me to learn efficiently. I also appreciated the opportunity to experience a Japanese-style work environment, which helped me develop discipline and adaptability
The challenges- very strict management, limited flexibility, little knowledge sharing, low empathy toward staff. - Rigid rules, lack of support for staff, minimal collaboration. - Strict management style, limited opportunity for input, poor staff support - Decisions were final with little opportunity for staff input - Salary was cut without prior communication - Monthly performance discussions that didn’t add value - wasted time

Kuala Lumpur City Centre Kuala Lumpur5 to 6 years in the role
During the early days under the previous management, everything was well-organized and positive, but the transition to the new management marked a significant decline due to ineffective leadership and poor decision-making, impacting the overall work environment.
The good thingsThe hybrid working setup is flexible, and the office is close to public transport, which makes it easy to get to.
The challengesThe management shows a lack of effective leadership skills and tends to address challenges through punitive measures such as demotions and significant salary reductions, with some employees facing cuts of nearly 50%. This approach creates a highly toxic and demoralizing work environment. Employees often feel undervalued and unsupported, leading to high stress and low morale. Prospective employees should exercise caution and thoroughly evaluate the company's culture before joining.
