    Great place to Gain Good Experience
    The good thingsGain some good experience on heavy industries and machineries. Have a great team that always support if we need any ideas. Top management always ready to listen to new ideas and give equal opportunities to try with. We can see a lot of old design equipment which we can learn and gain knowledge from it. Supportive superior but need to involve more during breakdowns to share ideas.
    The challengesSalary is below par as outside market for engineers are higher than what this company is offering. Other than that a good place for fresh graduates to gain experience.

    The challengesSometime decision making is based on title rather than technical solution. Task is coming without stop, job prioritize and time management is very critical working with this company.
