    The good thingsMy company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.Able to learn more about new product development. It let us do in our own way which makes us think beyond the level and gain knowledge and experience.
    The challengesThe new management with their new grading system spoils all the working system. For the new employee is more brighter future ten the old timer. This grading will change in upcoming years, maybe more experience employee will leave this company.
