    Bad management, no clear job scope. a lot of unprofessional act was done
    The good thingsgood people all around. the manager was very educational and willing to teach (when the timing is right tho)
    The challengesmulti-tasking. no clear target. no steady position. to improve would be for mgmt to hire people adequately and treat their workers as assets.
