    Small Industry Experience
    The good thingsEasy to do works because Uekatsu just a small Industry. Maintenance Manager is a good teacher and He has a best attitude. All technicians here have the best team work spirit
    The challengesDid not have more challenges. Need to lifts heavy object. Need to withstand the heat. Sometimes we gets a lot of work in one day.

    Good environment to work
    The good thingsThe environment, safety parking, break time, food are good, Work life balance is okay but depend on department. Not much pressure from management STILL depend on department.
    The challengesCareer growth is very slow since no proper guidance from top level especially for fresh graduate. Superior helpful but not professional. Not so strict on the job division sometimes need to do other people job.
