    The good thingsExposure to the working environment of the sub-contractors, clients, etc. Most of the senior staffs had the experience on the overseas project. The benefits for staff such as medical, allowance, company's assigned vehicles are provided as it is used for the sake of the project. the company also provide adequate courses and training for their staff to enhance their skills, knowledge and abilities.
    The challengesWe need to have a wide view on the project as we will be involved with sub contractors, consultants, clients, public authorities, etc. in this FLW project, we are dealing with the live road. The public safety is the most crucial thing to be deal with as our works are done just beside the live road. Other than that, we need to complete the project. At the same time take care the safety of ourselves
