    Worst working experience
    The good thingsOnly free meal and basic meal allowance included
    The challengesIt's hard to get answer from colleagues or direct instruction. Hired as a Project but there's no project for me to follow up turns up to be my problem. Communication and management here is very poor.

    Good Benefits and Growing
    The good thingsThe organization is growing up now. Benefits reasonable, as due to the location they provide lunch meal. Parking space a available. Training provide for me as new staff. Attendance allowance are given for those who good attendance, if your are always late, mc and leave not entitle. There are policy but still have room to improve.
    The challengesstaff are friendly, we always work as team and enjoy the environment of the company.

    Weird management style
    The good thingsFree lunch, couldn't find anything else. All hands on jobs, won't needed critical thinking mindsets, just change broken components
    The challengesNo parking, no ot but need to work 6 full days. Got hired as engineer but the job scope is irrelevant and more like technician. Management seemed like weird, can't get used to Malaysia style and sometimes unreasonable
