I quit after 7 months. **Avoid this place at all cost**
The good thingsQuite a good company to gain experience in complex projects. Friendly HR. The office is probably the only nice thing to look at. Walking distance from MRT Phileo Damansara. However, the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.
The challengesNo work-life balance. No training. No compensation or allowances. Poor work culture. High turnover rate. Some coworkers are noisy at work. Some superiors would raise their voice at you over a rookie mistake.

    No worklife balance, poor management
The good things- learn more and hands on handling projects on your own
The challenges- poor management - high turnover rate - OT everyday no claim - working hours 9am - 12am everyday - expect to come back to office on weekends/ public holiday - salary does not match workload - lack of staff for big scale of project - poor distribution of staff manpower for project

    No work life balance
The good thingsGreat bosses. Average salary range. Good place for fresh graduates to learn new things.
The challengesNo work life balance. The work culture is poor. People will expect you to work until late night every single day and will question you if you go back on time especially if you are a high ranking staff i.e Graduate Architect or Associate.

    Interview for Part 2 position
The good thingsWin masterplan project and seek more workforce. Tells me that my current company pays me well already.
The challengesBeing asked if i’m comfortable working overtime, weekends or holidays. Applications was very detailed and asked to see all my original results and certificate even before offering anything, 3 months payslip in advance. Sceptical about me leaving my current job and other jobs that i dont stay for longer years (for logbook reason to achieve experience). They are rigid corporate company that thrive from the economic boom from the older days, hence the ego. Get a more friendly and open-minded firm.

    Professional, Corporate, Challenging but Rewarding.
The good things1. Senior Architects have high standards/expectations so it trains you up as a Graduate Architect and beyond to perform excellently; 2. The company is progressive as it tries to move forward/take initiatives to learn new softwares/implement new systems; 3. Corporate environment where everyone is expected to contribute as it is a medium-sized firm (very few can get away with freeloading/doing nothing); 4. Made some really meaningful friendships from the late working hours with colleagues; 5. Overall - architects there are very knowledgable/experienced/hands-on.Would recommend for Graduate Architects due to valuable learning curve provided you manage your time/stress.
The challenges1. Hours were long, so it can be tiring if not managed properly; 2. It can be challenging/stressful to meet back to back deadlines (but this may have slowed down recently) whilst meeting their expectations.
