    A place for slaves. Work like there is no tomorrow.
    The good thingsGood team of workers that work heart to heart getting things done.
    The challengesPlenty of good for nothing directors that only create problems and not giving solutions to solve them. Always focus of meeting delivery deadline but and not managing the process and inventory well. Resulting everyone on the bottom have to rush to clear the overloaded work promised by the upper levels.

    The good thingsYou will be learn a lot of thing if you are the key person of management, so called your direct superior. Because when the management plan it going to fail, they will blame you did not closely follow up the matter. To make up that, they want you to fix the problems.
    The challengescave stone technology, concept. Plenty of manual job. Management having very huge idea however not willing to invest but look for zero costs project. Skip process

    The challengesLikes to shift workers to different areas and many workers left due to that. They are also very very calculative even to the smallest things. Weighing to benefits is terrible

    The good thingsCompany has no career progression. A clean room environment manufacturing workplace with no cleanroom environment. No proper cleanroom filter. PRC workers has no cleanroom knowledge.
