Company does not limit what we can do and learn, so it's a good opportunity. When I started the pay is just normal, but after probation, it starts to grow rapidly. Not to mention bonuses and ex-gratia. The learning and growing opportunities are great here too.
The challengesChallenging work, and at times, tight deadline. But I can understand why we must work hard and chase targets, that's how the company would earn a profit and we get paid well for our hard work.
