The good things1. The salary and benefits are quite good.
2. Good teamwork and working environment among production workers.
3. Good company to fresh grads to start their career (with physically and mentally prepared).
The challenges1. Unprofessional management and administrative.
2. 'Rojak' company. Sales/project planning decision keep changing sometimes with unreasonable time frame.
2. No work life balance. Everyday have to OT including Sunday.
3. Office politics is real. Have to 'pandai kipas' to survive.
