    The good thingsPurpose-Driven Work: Being part of an organization that advocates for children's rights and well-being gave deep meaning to my work. Every fundraising effort directly supported children in need. Whether it was through emergency response or long-term programs, I could see the tangible DIFFERENCES!
    The challengesMaintaining morale and performance among frontline fundraisers, especially in high-pressure, target-driven environments, required consistent training, motivation, and mental health support.     You will know the taste of a bad apple when you eat it. It grows, but in a bad environment.
    The good thingsFace-to-face fundraising is inspiring, every day is a new and you will be meeting people with most beautiful heart. Team leaders are supporting and they take care of you very well. A lot of incentives. A good job for personal development, it test your resilience and you're more visible of your values.
    The challengesPoor managers and management. They tend to focus on working hours than productivity. Sacrifice employee health for wealth. Both managers and management doesn't like feedback. They undermines employees. They lack of maturity and inexperienced. They chases KPI and numbers so employees growth aren't valued. Does not follow proper SOP.

    The good thingsThe best about working here is work life balance. You can manage your work and family life routine well. The assignments are easy and flexible to do when you keen in learning those task in just 3 months of your probation. Nice work space. Nice working environment. What else matter.

    The good thingsNo stress at all, all staff member support each other. Great environment. Bosses are sporting. Work life balance. Nice office. Good salary increment. No dress code to follow. Can solat in peace full when the time is come, no one stop you or scold at you. Have team building activity which is good for staff release tension. Birthday celebration on everyone. OMG. too many good thing to share. Thanks UNICEF for the great experience. 4 years ++.
