    The good thingsFlexible , do not have best place to eat.
    The challengesMy superior not help guide me so much. He/She expect me to finish the task within 1 days but I do not understand at all. Good luck to him.

    The challengesThe timeline is quite pack, you might need to work 10++ hours for 7 days some time, be prepare to work in midnight and continue in the morning till office hour ends

    First job, great place for graduates to learn
    The good things- Great place to learn from scratch - Great supervisors that help out and friendly - Great colleagues that are friendly - Clean and tidy working environment - Less to absence of politics - Flexibility to learn and apply new technology (when timeline is not that tight) - Flexible arrangements - Quite good salary and benefits - No salary cuts / layoffs when MCO (at least I did not hear of) - Free snacks

    The challenges- Company direction was not communicate clearly to staff level - should have more fun team building activities - complex decision making process - blaming games sometimes did happen - Company should move faster so can grab better opportunity towards the latest technology market.

    The good thingsThe best part in this company is communications. It well served the title. Here the people, be it from top management to working level people, they come in with grin. I been working here for past 4 years and never I encountered working with arrogant attitude. Here, people smile more. You tend to feel the welcoming. Pleasant ambience.
    The challengesI believe the news would have gone to the top management by now asking for lively workstation. The entire office is with white background. I feel it's too bright and glaring all in all. Would really appreciate if the company consider in letting us to decor our workstation or company itself give more colours to the walls.

    The good thingsGood worker welfares & benefits. Good medical coverage. Clean toilets, workspace & working environment. Good & friendly boss :)
    The challengesStressful working environment, where there's not enough 'greens' and landscape. Workplace building is in isolated area, where you have to drive to have something other than average canteen food.
