The good thingsThey help me a lot to understand and do something i did not learn in school, they teach me how to face the real world of work. we also learn how to working in one team and how to solve stress.
The challenges- i have to learn from zero - the employers always give us multi tasking to learn other department or work

    Good, bad, and the ugly
The good thingsExperience is aplenty in this company where you are expected to be wholly independent. Good starting point for a fresh graduate, learning the in and out of the local industries with local players. Expect salary to be on the average side, high workload and depending on which department, little to no life outside of work
The challengesNo bonus with unattractive remuneration package for lower than executive. Work load is very heavy, expect little to no guidance from operations manager where only mistakes are pointed out and no solutions being suggested. Also expect a lot of knee jerk reactions, with company policies changing like Melbourne weather

Unimekar, the good and the bad
The good thingsWorking in Unimekar provides a challenging environment. You will be mostly independent in decision making, the freedom to execute your ideas without much interference from the management It is a good company to gain valuable experience for when you move on to something bigger. Expect good pay if you are performing well, but there will be a maximum
The challengesThe pay is small in comparison with any same sized company. Expect to work long hours with little to no recognition. This company also has NO BONUS PACKAGE. Manager will hammer you hard on the head for results and on time delivery of project with little to no guidance. Politicking between managers is a commonplace and unhealthily practiced.
