    Nothing to shout about. Lots effort taken to boost good review rating
    The good thingsColleagues just support and sharing with each other to make miserable work bearable.
    The challengesEnvironment where you are valueless. Gym and pool old and dirty - no one use. Salary paid on time is by law - pls pay early. Multitasking mean they got no budget to hire more people so you need to work as clerk, executive and manager. Bad traffic jam is really waste time.

    The good thingsGreenery view surrounding the office. Good salary package which paid on time. Great facilities and equipment (gym, swimming pool & free parking). Have annual bonus, increment & festive allowance. Good relationship among colleagues.

    Great environment for fresh graduates, get to learn the skill of multi-tasking.
    The good thingsGreeny environment, with plenty of car parking slots. Friendly and helpful colleagues to work with, almost zero office politics compared to other companies. Opportunities to learn new things from multiple aspects, it is recommended for fresh graduates.
    The challengesThe management style is quite conservative and needs some improvements in this area. It is less recommended for those who are career-oriented persons, as the career progression and opportunity in this company are quite slow and limited due to the flat organisational structure of management. Besides, another challenging part will be the traffic jam issue around Glenmarie area, which is due to the ongoing LRT construction. All in all, I still enjoy working in this company, I believe that a healthy working environment is still a very important criterion in a workplace; and I also believe that with great power comes great responsibility.

    Good learning curve, Slow career advancement
    The good thingsAll colleagues are friendly; there are no office politics issues here, and we also have plenty of parking in the office compound.
    The challengesI think the promotion structure and career path maybe need to be improved, as for me, I guess it was a bit slow. Maybe I was not given enough opportunity to shine; who knows? However, I had a good working experience. I found that sometimes introducing something new needs a bit of a push, as I felt there was a slight resistance to change.

    So many bad reviews one should know this is Red Flag place to work in
    The good things1. Free parking only. 2. Nothing else good - learn how to work in toxic environment
    The challenges1. Top management work with emotion. If not happy, your work is not supported or approved, then you are not doing your job. 2. Extremely stingy and calculative 3. Old outdated process, equipment, facilities. 4. Pay fine if late 10 minutes. 5. Pay staff fund.

    The challengesNeed to face with chief financial officer which has anger management issue, she will get mad with you all of sudden, thought you not doing any mistakes. The come out is, you feel no motivation to come work, can’t focus, lof of stress. Also no proper guidance there, you need to be very independent, as if you ask guidance from other colleague or COF, they also couldn’t give any help. Turn over rate is high in this department, and you need to be such a trainer to teach all of new staff.

    The challengesWhen boss intervenes in some work, your idea is useless and boss hard to appreciate staff and sometimes simple work becoming difficult because of poor communication between office and operation. Bond between HR and worker very poor and the way HR solve worker problem sometimes is unacceptable and not professional. Outside of your jobscope, you can get here. Come work here, see, believe and experience by yourself.
