    The good thingsI started this job in 2006 as a machine operator. I have learned the intricacies of each job step by step through my superior and am now in this position. The biggest compliment and happiness I have received in this is my promotion and salary increase. My superior, who taught me about this job and basic troubleshooting, and I are in the same position (Senior Technician)
    The challengesEVERY MOMENT FOLLOW THE ISO 9001 RULES 1. 5S the environment clean every day. 2. ISO documents update every time and verify. 3. In any situation, it is better to discuss and act with the team.

    The challengesYou need to be close and extra close with the operation manager to get double increament in a year. And if you are not close. You get same as others.

    The good thingsLow pay. Uneven increment. No allowances. If you are close "extra close" to the operation manager you get more "extra" benefits.
    The challengesFilled with foreign workers politics. Heavy workload. Unbalanced work flow. Foreigners are more relaxed compared to locals including benefits.
