    Excellent, fun working environment and overall, the best job I've worked with so far.
    The good thingsThe opportunity given by the company is a lot and quite easy to get promotion. The management is excellent and settled as fast whenever there is a problem. The colleagues are very supportive and helpful, and it makes the environment quite positive. The work quite loads but I enjoyed as it is fun even though we have to complete everything on time with many challenges around.
    The challenges1. Communication barriers with foreign customers 2. Need to complete task on time with customers around 3. Less headcount with countless tasks 4. To train new staffs while doing own job

    High salary, great benefits but comes with a huge price
    The good thingsThey pay you decently. The benefits are okay, standard benefits for an MNC. The training is great, you can definitely learn a lot from this company. All in all, it is a great platform for someone who wants to seek vast experience in corporate, sales and great industry knowledge.
    The challengesAs expected from a Japanese company, you must sacrifice your time. Depending on your priorities, it can either be bad or good. It's a typical MNC (the politics and all). The company isn't for you if you're a free-spirited creative who hates a rigid super structured environment.

    The good thingsPersonally, the manager is a good leader. She lead by example and show us what is correct and incorrect regarding UNIQLO code of conduct (COC). She is constantly focuses on small details that are most us as retail associate unaware. Her quote that "Perfection show a good work ethic".
    The challengesHonestly, working in a fast paced environment require you to consistently pay attention on small details, have to keep learning as we work, keep improving if you made mistakes and make amends regarding that mistakes.

    The good thingsI'll definitely like the staff purchase perks. Some stores have nice managers but some don't. Just do you when you're at work and don't expect everyone to be nice to you.
    The challengesSeniority traits that should be eliminated by staffs who have been working for more than 4 years. They should help the new comers and communicate well with them to make sure that they have the same expectations as everyone for the particular store.
