    The good thingsGood career advancement opportunities, management is supportive of new ideas and changes to keep up with current market trends and employee benefits, overall good experience so far. Little to no company politics, nice working environment, company culture and group of staffs.
    The challengesManagement is still adapting to changes, many new things to implement, need to set base and continuously implement new good changes to bring the company forward. Cooperation from the older staffs can be a little challenging at times but overall no major blockage.

    No Work Life Balance + Super Strict on Discipline culture
    The good thingsLooks big, can park, sometimes when no ample parking, you have to park a little bit further and walk in.
    The challengesThey are super strict on the timing, you must present at least half an hour earlier. After working hours, they are still in the office. While on work, you have to be hundred percent careful as 100% discipline to all work tasks. Work like robot day to day.

    The good thingsFriendly working environment, seniors here are willing to help and assist when you facing issues but not spoon feeding culture. Practice open communication in the team, company willing to give times and opportunity especially to new people. Overall, no OT practice at here.
