    The good thingsBenefits are good. Company provide basic facilities (canteen, mini mart, prayer hall, ATM, clinic)
    The challengesYou just can't move up very fast. The company is currently full with matured staff and believed me, there a lot's of steps and rank for you to climb up. They are doing international trade but the system and procedure are not well in place and certain department just play by their own rules. It's hard to adapt with new changes. Seriously, this company need new faces and new ideas.

    Great place for learning
    The good thingsThe executives here teach new task in a great way. There is a lot to learn here as it is a big company. But sometimes, the employer pay you lower than other companies could pay. You also get to eat 2 times per day, one for breakfast and another one for lunch. They also got their own cafeteria.
    The challengesYou have to be independent as the bosses and executive is not always not at their place all the time.
