    The challengesWorkplace is in industrial area, hard to get meals as restaurant are not walking distance. Preparing lunch box or owning a vehicle can overcome this issue

    The good thingsFriendly colleagues! Able to learn a lot of things since you have to responsible for a lot of task.
    The challengesBad management, doesn't provide proper training, lack of resources, bad communication among departments, doesn't appreciate employees's effort, bad decision making by top management.
