    The good thingsthey train you to repair the machine part and component that produce screw computer.Besides that, they train you to handle the defect product and find a solution to overcome the defect product and minimum the cost of maintenance machine.
    The challengesthe tooling machine is not enough for the technician and need to wait for your turn. The order of the product is increase but the man power is not enough for the job. I like to work with foreign worker because i can improve my english communication with them.
