    The good thingsHave a multicultural company but is a bit hard due to lack of sharing knowledge. Good medical benefit.
    The challengesThere is always task need to hands on and old timer got ego on sharing knowledge. Been working here do some small mistake and been force to resign. Not giving a proper training and having empathy while helping each others. This is not teammate. Do not come this company include tester and programmer.

    One has to be responsible itself and can do better.
    The good things1. At any level, One can learn pretty much everything to broaden their perspectives and growth their knowledges. 2. Not going to lie. There is bad day, there is good day, and there is part of learning. 3. Not need to mention benefits as that been taken care of. 4. Any person with mentality to growth and gains knowledge, will get supports.
    The challengesAverage market Salary reviews. Not siding with employer here. Just that If one thinking that every company should provide financial solution for its employee, example high salary increment every year, then that going to be main challenge working here.

    Good for a fresh graduate to gain experience
    The good thingsThe benefits- The days of working which is 5 days a week is quite ok and following the Malaysian public holidays. Moreover the other medical card, spec claim and dental claim are good for the staffs welfare. And the Manager is also excellent as he is very kind, understanding and helpful.
    The challengesThe stress level of achieving the speed and accuracy. However this can be learnt and gained by time to time once you've mastered the skills and knowledge. No need to worry. But downside is, the OT is irregular sometimes given sometimes not as we need to finish operations following the high or low volume which requires staying back.

    The good thingsGreat team (developers & testers), good and informal working environment. Well measured software quality. Supportive bosses, colleagues and team mates. My team practices open door policy where you can approach your manager to discuss about anything that can improve your work life quality. Performance and effort are being rewarded and recognized accordingly in terms of salary increment.
    The challengesStressful environment and very performance oriented. However, it's because of such environment I've grown greatly from just a developer to where I am today APAC Software Manager.

    The good thingsI been given a very good opportunity to see how good i am in Managing an Business Operation Center and how I can see the big picture of becoming a Manager of an Operation. I also been given responsibility to learn independently on how to make use all the knowledge and experience that I have in making sure that operation run smoothly. The people that working here also are very self motivated.
    The challengesThe big challenge is that I need to learn the work process from the start and also also improve my knowledge as soon as possible so that I can show other employee why you are appointed to this position. The other challenge that i meet is also is to understand the nature of the business i am handling as previously i was more on people organizing and customer service.
