    30% Good 70% Bad experience
The good things1. Can learn many things even out of your job scope. 2. There do have some good leaders willing to teach you many things. 3. Good management concept. The only bad is during the practical.
The challenges1. At first, you need to have a back up money 2. Late payment, EPF, money Claim, allowance, no bonus 3. Better get your money before you doing anything related to money. Advance is better than claim. 4. Expected OT from top management but late OT payment.

If you want gain technical experience take this offer. If you find an employer that give a good salary and care of you, make this offer as last option
The good things1) Supportive members 2) Can gain more experiences here 3) Machine design and concept are getting better 4) Senior members willing to teach you 5) Can be your first job to gain more technical and hands-on knowledge, if and only if you dont have any better job offer
The challenges1) Management didnt care much about employees welfare 2) Poor EPF contribution 3) Upper people always cut cost, thus good machine assembled with low quality parts 4) Parts fabrication from vendor are worst, always reject

If you go there to be a software engineer.
The good thingsYou will be exposed and forced to think as a developer. Very fast in learning programming techniques. Mostly C# and SQL database. A good place to learn and change the way see machines as you troubleshoot your problems. Also they pay overtime.
The challengesVery hard as a beginner. Time consuming. long hours. A lot of travelling. You will work under heavy pressure by management also customer. Management is bad because its a small company(Salary late sometime, epf, socso). Pasang niat siap2(I want to learn) if you want to work here. Recommend single and young people.
