    under old management before Oji take over
    The good thingsNothing much. But that before this company is take over by overseas company Oji Paper. Under new management, not sure how their manage this company
    The challengesI need to be independent on my work because no one is monitoring in my job. All other department only blame if i do wrong. Thats why i left this company, but that before new management coming.
