    Good Company to work with
    The good things1) Higher than average salary. 2) Company has a good policy and still find ways to improve. 3) Good shared service company that have a clear and concise working SOP. 4) Good colleagues, team leads & managers; approachable & helpful 5) Very good work/life balance
    The challenges1) No bonus 2) Lack of other benefit such as medical (mostly cover up to 80%) 3) Quite a lot of workload due to clustering new region
